Supply Chain Designer & Scenario Planner will ensure that supply meets demand for a given business perimeter by
maintaining close alignment between S&OP scenario, inventory and revenue targets.
More specially, your main missions will be:
Work on the creation and maintenance of an optimized E2E Supply Chain design, in coordination with Central Supply Chain, Product Managers,
Manufacturing and Sales
o Manage S&OP inputs and customer requirements such as new product introduction; product-customer qualification roadmap
o Define decoupling points in the specific supply chain for a given business perimeter
o Master data preparation for supply chain model configuration insuring demand propagation
Scenario elaboration
o Escalate demand and supply imbalances as well as constraints for a given business perimeter
o Contribute to final scenario elaboration to be reviewed by S&OP board
Inventory management
o Inventory segmentation
o Inventory strategy implementation of each product / customer aligned with CSR on sales agreement and with DP on business opportunities
o Accountable for buffer management together with Central SC counterpart and Plant supply planner
o Share inventory projections and balancing across given business perimeter and escalate non-addressed inventory imbalances
Monitor deviations between System parameters and real-world data (ADU, lead times, …)
Closely interact with group Control Tower Leads to leverage insights of day-to-day monitoring and execution and create consistency between
execution/monitoring and S&OP planning, maintaining close alignment between S&OP scenarios, inventory and revenue targets
MTRP : Contribute to manufacturing strategy elaboration to support business product roadmap
Implement and ensure adherence to best practice rules and processes
