• Supervision of all functions, including marketing, community management, PR, and IT with a continued focus on Finance & Operations;
• Direction of facilities, inventories, and all administration functions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the subsidiary for the 3 channels (Retail, Ecommerce, & Wholesale).

• Manage all financial and operational aspects of the organization, including finance & accounting, budget development, financial planning, reporting, monthly & yearly closings, contract management, audit, tax & HR.

- Head of Finance Department: accounting, controlling, cash monitoring, weekly group reports, monthly closings, annual financial statements, credit lines management, payroll and tax management, budget & relations with banks, auditors, lawyers and government authorities.
- Factory controlling : stock management, payment of workers' salaries, cost monitoring.
- Legal watch, especially regarding the international standards evolution for the workers safety.
- Provide an accurate financial, commercial and social data to the group.
- Integrity and ability to deal with people in the specific context of a developing country.
- Promote and ensure the compliance with the group's values and its ethic in the subsidiary.
